Hey there! My name is Barbara and I’m a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I’m a bussy woman, a mom of an incredible and energetic little boy, a partner, a health coach, a business woman, and so many more.
I know all about the challenges women struggle with as we juggle multiple hats.
I work with women who have, somewhere along the way, lost their health and their spark. I empower them to step on the journey of healing and change, to reclaim their health, power, and most importantly their smile so they can rise brightly.
Working one-on-one we focus on the emotional, physical, behavioural, nutritional, and lifestyle factors that are needed to enhance overall health and well-being.
We start where you are & we work towards your goals and we find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you, and nourish your body and soul.
Individual Health Coaching
Making your first steps towards changes, not really knowing where to start can be scary. In 1:1 session we will be able to identify steps that will best suit your needs and take you forward on your transformational journey.
In-Depth Health Consultation
We can take health coaching to the next level with a help of a specific body scan which analyzes your information field. It produces a comprehensive list of detected disbalances that we try to find solutions to.
Healing with Healy Device
Something totally unique. A small frequency helper at home called Healy. It uses microcurrent frequency programs for the harmonization of your bioenergetic field and enhances recovery, vitality, and wellbeing.
About Me
Welcome, dear reader! My name is Barbara and I'm a holistic health coach. I always loved exploring all health, body, mind & soul related and at the end my own life journey guided me to professionally pursue health coaching as a part of my purpose of helping others find their way back to their health and wellbeing, and to 'rise bright'.
I will help you make your first steps towards change and together we will explore what works best for you as we are all bio-individual and there is no 'one size fits all' approach. You will learn how to listen to your body and re-connect with yourself.
What I Do
I am a holistic health coach and I have completed my health coaching certification at IIN, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, with a specialization in hormonal health. I have also a certificate in hypnosis, reiki and I am currently in the yoga and pranayama certification process. By working with me you get the chance to embark on the path of health and a journey of re-connection.

Together, we will explore all dimensions of well-being and wellness, from food to lifestyle practices, and relationships – step-by-step, at your own pace. You will be able to see what works for you and create the best wellness routine.
Bio-individuality
Bio-individuality is the foundation of our work together. Everyone has different needs. Just as we are all unique in mind, body, and spirit – we are also unique in the things that support our individual health and happiness. What works for you won’t necessarily work for your family members, friends, or coworkers. In fact “one person’s food is another person’s poison” (J. Rosenthal). In other words, no one diet or lifestyle works the same for two people.
Primary and Secondary Food
Secondary food is the food that we eat every day – it’s the food on our plate. Our secondary food choices are driven by many components – some of which may not seem connected to diet at all. This is why if we’re only looking at diet, we’re only seeing a piece of the puzzle.
Primary food refers to what nourishes us off the plate. We call it primary food because wellness goes beyond the food we eat. We know that we all need food to survive, but primary food emphasizes that we’re multidimensional beings. Primary food is powerful because it helps bring awareness to the full picture of health. It reminds us to take a step back when we are feeling imbalanced and look at our health from a big-picture perspective.
Pursuing health and change means taking into consideration secondary, but sometimes more important – primary food.
