Individual Health Coaching
Having a health coach by your side could be a life-changer. Allowing me to support you along the way and empowering you to achieve wellness is my role. As we are all individuals and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to wellness, we will create personalised strategies to achieve your goal(s) based on the holistic approach. Depending on your current disbalance or disease, this could include nutritional advice and changes, physical activity, stress relief techniques, mindfulness and relaxation techniques, and other approaches that could move you towards balancing your health and life.
As mentioned, the end goal of health coaching is to empower you to take charge of your health. You will feel more confident and capable of making healthy choices every day and navigate obstacles in the long run.
I can’t say that it will be easy and a quick fix, it wasn’t for me. We will together find new approaches and you will test them to find which of the approaches works best for you. By making small, incremental adjustments to your lifestyle and behaviour modifications we will build a strong base for new you and your balanced life.

Our session will be held over Zoom or telephone (if you prefer this option) and it will last around 90 min.
During the session we will together go deeper and analyze your answers, we will find underlying sources of your dis-balance and prepare action plan with steps that will help you reclaim back your wellbeing.
After our session you will receive a personalized health report containing agreed action plan plus many other support information and tools that will help you on your journey.
If you feel you need guidance, help and that the healing time has come for you, I will be honored to work with you. I know how it feels going through a health struggle, I was there and I get it. In a safe and supportive space, we will address them and find solutions for them. What is important to have in mind is that there is no quick fix for dis-balance that was building up for years. It is a journey, with ups and downs that you can overcome with positive spirit and guidance.
